Isosudoku

Isosudoku is a Sudoku Variant which uses hexagonal cells like Hanidoku, but retains the rows, columns and boxes of a regular Sudoku.

The extra constraints are using the 3rd axis of the hexagonal grid, with a length between 2 and 9 cells. The 14 regions with less than 9 cells provide an opportunity to use alternative logic to solve the puzzle.
